SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped with DPD. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, or seasonal delays.
Winter Shipping – Heat Pack Option
During colder months, we strongly recommend adding a heat pack (+€3) to protect your order from low temperatures during transit. We are not responsible for any cold-related damage if a heat pack was not selected.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a DPD tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed while in transit with DPD. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
However, we will do everything reasonably possible to help you track your package or assist with filing a claim with DPD.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping information is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international shipments)
All customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control or predict these charges.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

RETURN POLICY
General Return Policy
Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of our products, plants cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where the customer has received the wrong item due to an error on our part.
Returns for Incorrect Items (Our Mistake Only)
If you received the wrong plant, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the received item and the packaging.
Once we confirm the mistake, the following conditions apply:

We cover the return shipping costs.
You will receive instructions and a return label (if applicable). -
The plants must be shipped back within 3 days after we approve the return.
This is important to ensure the plants arrive in acceptable condition. -
Refund

If we receive the plants in good condition, we will refund the full value of the plants to your original payment method.

Refunds are only issued if the return is due to an error made by us.

No Returns for Healthy or Correct Plants

We do not accept returns for plants that were correctly delivered.

We also do not accept returns for plants damaged due to shipping delays, cold damage (if no heat pack was selected), incorrect care, or normal stress from transport.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will assess the situation and assist you accordingly.
Return Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages unless the return is our mistake (as described above). In those approved cases, we cover the return shipping.
